Baked Rice with Pineapple and Shrimp
Overview
I bought pineapples as a group, they are sour and sweet, and I happened to have some leftover rice at home, so I thought of making pineapple and shrimp baked rice instead of cooking!

Wash the shrimps, add cooking wine, salt and black pepper and marinate for a while

Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes

Pour the mixed vegetables and drain the water

Add a little olive oil to the wok and fry the shrimp until it changes color and serve

Then add rice and mixed vegetables and stir-fry

Add some salt to taste

Add appropriate amount of tomato sauce and stir well

Finally add the shrimp and stir-fry

Put the rice into the baking pan

Then add shredded mozzarella cheese. I didn’t have any at home, so I only added a little

Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts
