Stir-fried liver tips

Cut the liver into thin slices and add salt and vinegar evenly.

Marinate briefly and rinse with water.

Wash the dried pork and drain as much water as possible. It is better to absorb it with absorbent paper.

Add light soy sauce, salt, starch and cooking wine and mix well.

Cut green and red peppers and onions into irregular pieces.

In a small bowl, prepare soy sauce, salt and a little vinegar. Prepare a spoonful of chopped pepper.

Pour the oil into the pan, heat it up and add the liver slices into the oil.

Remove from the pot when all colors change.

Use the remaining oil in the pot to sauté the ginger slices and onions until fragrant.

Add the pepper cubes and stir-fry.

Return the liver slices to the pot, stir-fry and top with the previous sauce. A small amount of starch can be added to the sauce to act as a thickener.
