Overview
Cold jellyfish is really a simple and classic cold dish. I added a little mustard and lemon slices when making the sauce. The simple sweet and sour taste has the stimulation of mustard and the fragrance of lemon, giving it a complex taste.

Rinse the jellyfish with running water.

Slice the lemon, peel the garlic and pat it lightly. Cut green and red peppers into diamond-shaped pieces.
