Healthy deliciousness - cranberry rye soft oatmeal
Overview
Recently, I especially like Ruanou, I like its simple and earthy appearance and fragrant and soft taste. This bread is low in oil and sugar, with simple ingredients and easy to make, without complicated shaping. Rye, brown sugar, and olive oil are all natural and healthy ingredients. Together with the fragrance of walnut kernels and the sweet and sourness of cranberries, it tastes very good. Friends who like healthy eating must not miss it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Dissolve the brown sugar with boiling water and let it cool, then put the salt, olive oil, rye bread flour, high-gluten flour, and yeast into the bread machine in sequence.
-
Knead until expanded.
-
Add cranberries and walnuts and mix well.
-
The kneaded dough is fermented in the bread machine (cover with plastic wrap or a wet towel).
-
Let the dough rise until it is 2 to 2.5 times its original size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, divide it into 4 even portions, roll it into balls, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Roll the loosened dough into an oval, turn it over and thin the bottom edge, then fold the top two corners toward the middle to form a triangle, roll it from top to bottom, pinch the edge and face downward, and arrange it into an olive shape.
-
Place in baking pan for secondary fermentation.
-
After fermentation is complete, sift a layer of high-gluten flour (extra quantity) on the surface of the dough. Then use a sharp knife to make 4 diagonal cuts, put it in the middle rack of a preheated 180-degree oven, and bake for 22 minutes.
-
After taking it out of the oven, place it on the grill to cool.
