Get all the materials ready

Beat the eggs, add powdered sugar and stir evenly (no lumps of powdered sugar)

Mix the remaining powder ingredients and sift them 2 to 3 times.

Pour the sifted flour into the egg liquid, stir evenly (do not stir in circles. I forgot to take a photo of this step, ugh!) and knead it with your hands into a smooth dough.

Take a small amount from the large dough, knead it into a small ball and place it on the baking sheet. Arrange them one by one, leaving a certain gap between them.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is cracked and colored, and it is ready to be taken out of the oven. (The power of each oven is different, so you can control the time by yourself~)
