Put the dried chili peppers and bay leaves into water and boil for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool down, then add white vinegar, white sugar, salt and MSG and let cool naturally.

Wash the ingredients and cut them into appropriate lengths, then blanch them in boiling water until thoroughly cooked. Be careful not to over-blanch them. After blanching, immediately put it in cold water to cool it to prevent discoloration. Drain and set aside. Do not blanch the red radish and cut into strips.

Pour the cooled kimchi water into the jar, add the ingredients, add the prepared red radish, add a little white wine, seal the jar, and enjoy after 24 hours.
