Make a big gathering and divide the main ingredients into two parts

Dissolve the butter naturally, add powdered sugar and beat until half-frozen, then add two spoons of egg liquid and beat well

Add 160 grams of cake flour into a basin, preferably filtered

Add one gram of salt each

In another basin, add 150 grams of cake flour, 10 grams of cocoa and 1 gram of salt

Add the powder separately

Knead the dough by hand

Put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. It happens to be cold today. If the weather is hot, it will take 20 minutes

Take it out of the refrigerator and roll it into a 5 cm thick square shape with a rolling stick

The layered side needs to be brushed with a layer of egg liquid to adhere

Glue them in place, wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for an hour

Cut 5 cm thick and place on a baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees top and bottom for 15 minutes in the middle, until golden
