Tea eggs are a must-eat when you go to Yangsi Cold Noodle Shop. I love the moment I peel them open, and the brown texture that comes into view is wonderful and natural. This is the first time I have cooked tea eggs in these years, mainly due to the influence of Sister Xiaoman
