Horn Burger
Overview
A simple croissant sandwiched with slices of ham, lettuce, and tomato instantly transforms into a croissant burger. It will be ready for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Pour all the bread ingredients except butter into the bowl and knead the dough evenly.

Pull out the thicker film and add butter.

Spread out a thin film.

After kneading the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for three hours until it doubles in size.

Stick flour with your fingers and poke a hole. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, the fermentation is complete.

Take out the dough and deflate it with a rolling pin.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, roll into drops, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a triangle with a length of 20 cm and a height of 35 to 40 cm.

Roll up from bottom to top.

Place one by one into the baking pan.

Place in the oven at 120 degrees for 40 minutes.

Brush the fermented bread with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Place in the oven preheated at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.

Immediately after the bread comes out of the oven, place it on a drying rack until warm. Cut in half with bread knife and set aside.

Fry the square ham sausage slices until golden brown, slice the tomatoes, wash and dry the lettuce.

Spread salad dressing on the croissant, place lettuce, square ham slices, tomatoes, and top with salad dressing. Done!
