Wash the chicken wing roots with clean water, put them on a plate and set aside.

Pour half of the fried chicken powder onto the base of the chicken wings and stir evenly.

Fried chicken powder can be bought in general supermarkets.

Marinate the chicken wing roots for about twenty minutes.

Put the marinated chicken wings into the pressure cooker and steam for five minutes. (You can also use a steamer) This can shorten the frying time

Pour the remaining half packet of fried chicken powder into the steamed chicken wing base. Coat the base of the chicken wings with a layer of flour.

Pour an appropriate amount of blended oil into the pot, gently shake the fried powder on the chicken wings and put them into the oil pot for frying. The oil temperature should be heated to 120 to 150 degrees. Put the chicken wing roots into the oil pan and stir more.

Wash and drain the Chinese cabbage and set aside. Arrange the fried chicken wings on top of the cabbage leaves. Pour the tomato sauce onto the saucepan and serve.
