Stir-fried bacon with morels and cabbage
Overview
I really like the smell of bacon dried by myself. Keep eating bacon. When frying the bacon, I put a little oil in it just to avoid gaining weight. Personally, I think adding more oil will make it taste better.

Wash and soak morels.

Soak morels for a few hours.

Wash, drain and set aside.

Tear the cabbage heart into pieces, slice the bacon, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the bacon.

Fry until the bacon is browned on the outside.

Add soaked ginger and chopped green onion.

Add mushrooms and vegetables and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Add vegetable leaves and chopped green onion, and a little light soy sauce.

Stir-fry until the vegetable leaves become soft.

Remove from pot and plate.
