Clean the rapeseed.

Cut the rapeseed into two halves.

Boil water, add a little oil and salt, and blanch the rapeseed.

Boil until cooked, remove and serve.

Prepare tofu, diced green onions, and dried chili peppers. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave them out.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu first.

Add water, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence, and sesame oil.

Add water starch (i.e. 2 spoons of starch plus half a bowl of water) and bring to a boil.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili flakes, mix well and pour on the surface of the green vegetables to complete.

Finished product. A dish suitable for post-holiday cleansing.
