Dumplings, one of the various types of pasta, must be made in a variety of ways to make it right. Today I made dumplings with shrimp and pork. The fillings are nothing special, but the dumpling wrappers are made of two colors, which makes them look better

  1. Add minced ginger to pork and shrimp

  2. Add salt, five spice powder, pepper, soy sauce and rice wine and mix well

  3. Chop green onions and mix well with sesame oil

  4. Just mix the onion and meat filling gently and evenly.

  5. Divide the flour into two portions or into two colored doughs. Green noodles with spinach juice

  6. Green rolled pieces, white rolled strips. Wrap white with green.

  7. Roll into thin strips and cut into small pieces

  8. Roll out into two-color dumpling wrappers.
