Ingredients: cut beef brisket into small pieces.

Make cross cuts on the tomatoes, boil them in boiling water and peel them.

Blanch beef brisket.

Peel and cut tomatoes into cubes. Set aside.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, stir-fry the ingredients over low heat until fragrant.
