Stir-fried pork with broccoli
Overview
Today's method of stir-frying broccoli is a bit like a dry pot method. The fried meat is not left in the pot first, but other ingredients are mixed in and stir-fried slowly to get the flavor. The slightly fatty meat is stir-fried with bean paste, and it is not greasy at all. Then add other ingredients, mix in the seasonings and stir-fry the dish. The flavors are intertwined. When it is served, the fragrance is overflowing. It is very good and highly recommended...
