Stir-fried Sweet Beans with Mushrooms
Overview
Mushrooms, or mushrooms, I seem to really fall in love with them. Sometimes I buy ingredients and I don’t know how to cook them properly. I go to YouTube to find them. I especially like the videos of Master Aji, Wu Bingcheng, Guo Zhuxi and James, especially Master Aji. His techniques are delicate, his attitude is kind, and he is very down-to-earth. I often follow his videos to cook and gain a lot. I grew my own sweet beans and garlic seedlings, so I didn’t get much, so I used them as side dishes to add color.
