Chop green onions

Cut tofu into thick slices

Cut potatoes into thick slices like tofu

Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces as big as tofu

Defrosted hand-made pork balls. I made this myself by adding chopped green onion, minced ginger, peppercorns, salt, egg white and starch to the pork stuffing. Wash the various hot pot balls and konjac knots you bought and set aside.

Add soy sauce to bring out the aroma. This step is the key to delicious food

Finally, add various meatballs and stew for a total of twenty minutes. There is a proverb in our hometown: "Thousands of rolls of tofu and ten thousand rolls of fish." The longer the time, the more delicious the soup will be. When there is a little bit of soup left in the stew, pour it out.
