Asparagus and Salted Fish Fried Rice
Overview
When cooking rice, I often cook a little more. If I can’t finish it, I make fried rice. You can add various ingredients. I like to add a lot of ingredients and choose different colors to make fried rice that is nutritious, beautiful and delicious.

Preparation: A large bowl of rice (for two people, I cooked sorghum rice). Cut the salted fish into cubes and marinate in cooking wine. Dice asparagus and carrots, beat 2 eggs into egg liquid.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced ginger and stir-fry

Add all kinds of cubes and stir-fry until almost cooked

Add rice, pour in a little water or stock to break up the rice and stir-fry

Pour in the egg liquid

Stir-fry until the egg liquid is solidified. If you like it softer, you can take it out of the pan. If you like it more fragrant, you can fry it for a little longer and dry it out. Done!
