Prepare materials. (Choose the original slightly sweet flavor for Indian flying cakes)

Peel the banana and break it into small pieces.

Mash with a spoon, add appropriate amount of flour and mix thoroughly.

After taking the flying cake out of the refrigerator, defrost it slightly and cut it into two parts.

Make two cuts in half of one portion. Flip and add banana filling.

Fold it in half with the cut edge facing upwards.

Press it with your hands.

Use a fork to press out the edges.

Place on baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake until the banana puff pastry is puffy and crispy.
