Berry cheese crispy cake
Overview
Christmas is coming soon, so let’s make a Christmas cake in advance; I remember that last year’s Christmas was celebrated in my hometown and I didn’t make a cake, so I wanted to create an atmosphere this year. Before I got married, I didn’t celebrate Christmas particularly. If my friends invited me, I would go out to have a party; unlike now, I pay more attention to Christmas. Christmas is a public holiday in my hometown, so I would go out for a walk on this day or just stay at home. However, since I got married, I pay more attention to holidays; I also make special delicious food for these holidays. . Sometimes I watch TV or hear from friends that life is different after marriage. It is not as free as being single. You can go wherever you like, but I don't think so. I think life after marriage is colorful. There are more family members at home and it is particularly lively during some festivals. The texture of this cheesecake I made today is different from the ones I made before. There is an extra layer of [spicy chips] on the surface of this cake; and it uses [brown sugar and walnuts] as ingredients. The texture is very special and the aroma of nuts is very fragrant. . . It is said that walnuts are good for the body. In addition to being used to make soy milk, they can also be used creatively in baking cakes. Aren’t all of these [Strawberry Snowmen] chubby? . Because the strawberries are relatively big, they look round and chubby. When my husband saw the little snowman, he laughed and said that the snowman is so fat. . .
