Fragrant soft pork buns

Fragrant soft pork buns

Overview

Today I spent a whole day at home doing nothing but cooking and just made these few loaves of bread. It’s hard to make bread while waiting for it to ferment. Nothing can be done. All we can do is be anxious. Wait for it to ferment slowly before taking the next step. But the internal tissue is very soft. It feels like it melts in your mouth when you eat it. It doesn’t taste hard and rough like the ones bought outside. If you have time, do your own hygiene. I'm quite happy to see the results.
