I bought freshly prepared oysters at the market and asked the stall owner for some more original oyster soup. I just washed them with this soup when I came back, so that the original flavor of the oysters would not be lost!
-
Prepare dry flour
-
Place the oysters directly into the dry flour
-
Stick dry flour on one side, then stick dry flour on the other side
-
Pour the oil into a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat
-
Put the oysters coated in dry flour into the pot and start frying over medium-low heat
-
Control the heat and turn over part of the fried oysters to fry the other side
-
Fry for about 5 minutes, then flip over and fry the other side
-
After frying for about 2 minutes, the kudzu will become crispy on both sides
-
Fry it and put it on a plate. Mix the waterlogged juice and horseradish and make it a delicious dipping sauce
-
It goes better with beer
-
Oysters have extremely high nutritional value and are suitable for consumption by all types of people
