Corn, vegetable and pork dumplings
Overview
I love the corn, vegetable, and pork dumplings from Wan Chai Pier. I tried making them today. I replaced the cabbage with parsley and added half a carrot for a better color combination. The taste is very good, I really can’t help but share it haha...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash all kinds of ingredients and mince the sandwich meat into puree when you buy it.
-
Chop the carrots and parsley separately, cut the corn into corn kernels, chop the chives and ginger, add them to the minced meat and then break in the eggs.
-
Add appropriate amount of flour to the dough and knead it into a dough. Let it rest for fifteen minutes.
-
When the noodles are rising, adjust the filling: add an appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced meat with onions, ginger and eggs, mix well, and stir in one direction when mixing the filling.
-
Add corn kernels and continue stirring. It’s best to break the corn kernels into pieces one by one before adding them in. I didn’t break them up because it was not easy to spread after adding the minced meat.
-
Add parsley and carrots and continue mixing.
-
Now that the dough has woken up, start kneading the dough to make dumpling wrappers.
-
Cut a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip, then cut it into small doughs of the same size.
-
Sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking and flatten the noodles with your hands.
-
Roll out into dumpling wrappers of similar size and thickness.
-
Okay, let’s start making dumplings~
