Wash the ingredients

Chop the onions and celery into small pieces

Chop the meat into puree (I didn’t chop it enough, you can use a meat grinder for convenience). Cut the mushrooms and fungus into cubes

Mix all the ingredients together, add seasonings, mix well, and wrap them in your favorite dumpling style

Cook it in the pot (I didn’t have enough time and some of the pictures were not included). Just upload the picture of the finished product. Finally, just add the dipping sauce according to your favorite taste~
