Radish roll (tofu roll)
Overview
As the saying goes, eat radishes in winter and ginger in summer. Isn’t winter the best season for radishes? This radish roll is my mother’s specialty. I don’t like eating radishes the most, but this dish can fill a whole plate! If you don’t like radishes, you can give it a try, the taste is definitely acceptable! Different from the ordinary method of steaming, my mother’s method is a little different (⊙ω⊙)

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, mix the dough with water to make it live
-
That’s what it looks like. Then set it aside and let’s make the filling
-
During this time, we weighed the radishes into strips and chopped them into small pieces. We also cut the ginger into small pieces. We also cut the tofu into small pieces. I forgot to take a picture. T_T
-
Now we roll the dough into a thin dough like this, which is bigger than my face =_=
-
After rolling it out, put the radish and tofu on the surface and put the onion, ginger, pepper, flour, oil and salt together on the surface like this
-
Then stir evenly and touch the dough evenly
-
After that! Start circling the dough like kimbap, don’t go too fast, don’t be in a hurry
-
It will be nice to do it like this later
-
Then use a knife to cut it into a shape like a parallelogram
-
Turn on the heat and drain the oil before cutting
-
After cutting, the pan is hot and put the radish rolls along the edge of the pan
-
Then slowly put it in layer by layer like this
-
When you hear the sound of fried radish rolls popping up, pour water into the pot after about 3.4 minutes
-
Then cover and wait until cooked and open the pot
-
Alright! It’s become like this
-
Multiply it~

It looks different from ordinary steamed ones. The crispy and browned ones underneath are fried and especially delicious
