Stir-fried beef
Overview
I've fried beef many times and although it's delicious, it's nothing outstanding. I went to my uncle’s house for dinner this weekend, and his fried beef made my tongue itch! So delicious! Immediately ask him for advice and come back to show off your skills, hehe. Good methods should not be kept privately, everyone should learn them!

Ingredients are as shown in the picture.

Slice the beef and marinate with enough oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper and white wine for more than 15 minutes. It no longer adds flavor when stir-fried, so it needs to be given plenty of flavor when marinating.

Cut green and red peppers into hob shapes, slice ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices.

Add beef and stir-fry until it changes color (approximately 7 years old).

Add a little water and stir-fry.

Add the peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour in a little cornstarch water. Test the taste. If it's not flavorful enough, add more light soy sauce. This tastes good enough for me, so I just put it out of the pan.
