Have materials ready.

Pour the duck wings into a pot of boiling water, add cooking wine, blanch for 3 minutes, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, add a few rock sugar and stir-fry until the color turns brown, add duck wings and stir-fry until evenly browned.

Add the spices and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, salt, soy sauce, oil, dark soy sauce, mix well and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for half an hour.

Finally, add pepper and stir-fry evenly, then reduce the juice over high heat.

Plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
