Taro fried rice for breakfast
Overview
Taro fried rice is one of my favorite fried rice. The fried rice has a faint aroma of taro, and you will have endless aftertaste after eating it! My colleagues and husband all praised it after eating it. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating it

Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms in water and shred them, wash the dried squid and cut into shreds, dice the taro, dice the lean meat, wash the peas

Heat oil in a pan, add taro and stir-fry until cooked (no need to use too much oil)

Leave some oil in the pan and stir-fry the lean meat

Add shredded squid and stir-fry until fragrant

Drain the mushrooms and pour into the wok to stir-fry until fragrant

Add peas and stir-fry

Pour in the rice and stir-fry for a while

Add a little garlic oil (heat the oil in a pot over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add light soy sauce and a little salt)

Pour in the fried taro and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of salt
