Cut perilla into small pieces.

Cut some ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add duck meat and stir-fry over high heat to release the oil.

Add salt, soy sauce, oil and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add white wine, stir-fry the perilla, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for half an hour.
