Prepare the raw materials, sausage, pork, garlic moss, king oyster mushrooms, and diced ginger; take out the Laba garlic and control it to dry

Blanch the king oyster mushrooms in hot water. The time should not be too long, just a dozen seconds. Drain the water and set aside

Stir-fry the pork in a wok, take it out and set aside

Add Laba garlic in the wok, stir-fry evenly until the aroma comes out

Dice the dried chili peppers and put them into the wok. The ginger slices and chili peppers can neutralize the spiciness of Laba garlic, so that the eating process will not irritate the stomach

Add pork and garlic, add a little salt and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the garlic is slightly soft

Add diced Chinese sausage and stir-fry until uniform, add a little water starch, and add a little chicken essence to enhance the flavor before serving
