Overview
I saw many beautiful shrimp dumplings made by myself, so I also learned to make them. They tasted very good, but the skin of the shrimp dumplings was difficult to make and the wrapping was not pretty enough.

Pour the powder into a basin, slowly add boiling water and stir with chopsticks into a snowflake shape. After cooling, knead into dough.

Peel the shrimps and remove the seeds. Because they are small shrimps, they are not chopped.

Chop the pork into puree.

Chop green onions and add to meat.

Chop the carrots and add them to the pork, add shrimps, oil, salt and pepper and mix well to form a filling.

After the dough has risen, roll it into long strips and cut into pieces.

Press into pancakes.

Take a pie and put the filling in it.

Knead gently and wrap into shrimp dumplings.

Line a steamer with oiled paper, add shrimp dumplings and steam for 8-10 minutes.
