Steamed Yellow Croaker
Overview
Yellow croaker is delicious, nutritious and has many therapeutic effects. There are many ways to cook croaker, but the healthiest one is steaming. I didn’t quite agree with this point of view before. I thought sea fish was better when braised in braised sauce. Therefore, yellow croaker is usually braised in braised sauce. I tried the steamed croaker today and it was really delicious.

Remove the scales, intestines, gills and wash the yellow croaker

Chop the onions, ginger and garlic and put them on a plate

Put the yellow croaker into a plate and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt

Then pour some white wine and marinate for 3 minutes

Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil, then steam the fish

Steam until cooked and take out of the pot, top with steamed fish soy sauce and enjoy.
