Bamboo tube shaped rice dumplings
Overview
My son likes to eat rice dumplings. I happened to have some glutinous rice and rice dumpling leaves at home, so I made bamboo tube-shaped rice dumplings, which were delicious.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 2 hours.

Wash the rice dumpling leaves, boil them and soak them in water.

Cut the pork belly into pieces, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, very fresh soy sauce, cooking wine, green onions, ginger, and sugar to marinate.

Take 2 rice dumpling leaves.

Roll it up, fold the bottom up, and secure with a small ring.

Load rice and meat from the other side.

Install it to the required height, fold down the rice dumpling leaves and tie them with thread.
