Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
I tried the meat floss function of the bread machine, and the finished product was crispy and delicious. I was mainly relieved that I no longer have to buy the kind of meat floss that I don’t know what is added on the market. I want to give it to relatives who have babies. I only add salt, sugar, and light soy sauce. If you can tolerate spicy food, you can add curry powder, chili powder, five-spice powder, etc. according to your personal preference to increase the different tastes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork and remove the fascia.
-
Put the pork in cold water, add some cooking wine, take it out and wash it after the water boils.
-
Prepare ginger, garlic, star anise, peppercorns, and bay leaves, and put them into the seasoning bag. The ginger can be put directly into the soup.
-
Put the pork in the pressure cooker, add the seasoning bag, some cooking wine, some water, and wait for 20 minutes.
-
Remove the meat and drain the water.
-
Put into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Check it again after pouring it out. If it is not broken into pieces, tear it open with your hands or put it in the bag and knock it again to make the meat as broken as possible.
-
Add appropriate amount of corn oil, light soy sauce, salt and sugar.
-
Start the meat floss program for 1 hour and 10 minutes (if the temperature of the machine is high in hot weather, you can open the lid appropriately). If you like to bid farewell to the crispy texture, you can start another meat floss program after the program is completed, but it is baked without stirring for the first 20 minutes, so you have to manually stir it with chopsticks from time to time to the extent you need.
