The tendons are bought already cooked and cut into thick slices.

Heat oil in hot pan.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine and stir-fry for one minute.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Add a large bowl of water to boil and add appropriate amount of salt.

Cook until the tendons are tender, add a spoonful of bean paste, stir-fry evenly and add coriander.

Collect the juice and pour in sesame oil.
