Crayfish mooncake

Crayfish mooncake

Overview

A mooncake made by an Internet celebrity. I was resting at home today. I bought two kilograms of small crayfish from the market, peeled out half a kilogram of shrimp meat, and added some minced pork into the filling!

  4. Seasoning can be done by mixing. I'm afraid it won't taste good so I just stir-fry it. Add a little salad oil to the pot and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant. Add the crayfish meat, add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil and stir-fry evenly
