Prepare the required ingredients on a scale and add 3 drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.

Mix almond flour and powdered sugar until smooth.

Sift the almond flour and icing sugar mixture.

Mix and sift the almond sugar powder as shown in the picture.

Add the fine sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form. Add a little food coloring during the beating process.

Add the sifted almond flour and icing sugar mixture to the whipped egg whites.

Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly from the bottom up.

Put the mixed egg white batter into a piping bag and use a small round hole piping tip.

Squeeze out the round batter on the macaron silicone mold, squeeze it out, and let it dry naturally in a ventilated place for half an hour until the surface feels non-sticky to the touch and forms a hard shell.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes in advance. Use the top and bottom heat of the oven at 170 degrees for the middle and lower layers. Place a baking sheet on the bottom layer and bake for about 6 minutes. After removing the skirt, lower the temperature to 130 degrees and continue baking for about 25 minutes.
