Baked Oats with Dried Fruits and Nuts
Overview
Every time I gain three pounds during the festive season, the key is that the little devil in my mouth is causing trouble! It is indeed even more outrageous to think about having to torture your mouth and appetite during the holidays. Therefore, I believe that the first urgent goal that many people need to achieve after the New Year is to reduce the amount of food they eat in three days~ The best way is not not to eat, but to eat something healthy, such as oats. Oats are rich in vitamins and fiber, and the glycemic index is not that high according to the notes, so it is very suitable to replace polished rice and noodles as a staple food. The key problem is that it still feels full, and with the addition of healthy dried nuts, it’s just the right breakfast after the messy feast during the holidays~
