Overview

  2. Wash the rice and glutinous rice and soak them together for 2 hours;

  3. Take out the soaked rice, drain the water, put it into a large bowl, and add an appropriate amount of water; PS: The water level is just below the rice;

  4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and steam for 8 minutes; PS: I use a pressure cooker, which is faster, but the steaming time in each pot is different;

  5. Wash the pineapple, lightly process the outer skin, cut into 1/5 of the pineapple, and use a parlor knife to scoop out the pineapple flesh;

  6. Cut the pineapple meat into cubes and soak it in salt water. Fill the pineapple "bowl" with water and soak it in salt water. Soak it in salt water for 10 minutes each;

  7. Let the steamed rice cool and mash into pieces, wash and dice the cherry tomatoes, wash the raisins, wash the red date slices, wash and foam the wolfberry, add brown sugar, chop seaweed and mix well;

  9. Put the filled pineapple rice into a pot and steam it over water; PS: Because the pineapple is too big, it is impossible to cover it with the pineapple lid;

  10. After about 3 minutes, the pressure limiting valve exhausts air steadily, then changes to low heat, steams for another 1 minute, and turns off the heat;
