Braised beef
Overview
My favorite thing is to eat my father-in-law’s sauced beef, but I can’t cook it with that kind of aroma. My husband and I still had a lot of fun eating the last copycat version^^

Wash beef shank

Cut into small pieces and blanch

After blanch, wash and set aside

Seasoning is ready

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the seasonings

Add beef and stir-fry for a while

Add water and half a bottle of beer, add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce (you don’t need to add too much for coloring, you will also need to add salt later) and sugar, turn on low heat, cover and simmer for an hour and a half

Finally add appropriate amount of salt to reduce the juice

Pour some rice, blanch some greens, scoop on the braised beef, and enjoy it ^^
