Cold cucumber
Overview
Cucumber is a food commonly eaten by families in summer. Cucumber is sweet, sweet, cool, bitter, and non-toxic. It enters the spleen, stomach, and large intestine. It has the effects of removing heat, diuresis, clearing away heat and detoxification. It is mainly used to treat polydip, sore throat, burning eyes, and fire burns. It also has weight loss effects. What I’m making today is cucumber salad. I didn’t use the usual cucumbers that are cut into pieces and served cold. Instead, I cut them into thin slices, which is more flavorful. I added chopped peanuts, mushroom sauce, and minced garlic. It’s salty, delicious, and very appetizing

Two cucumbers, washed

Cut cucumber into thin slices and set aside

Take a small bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a small spoonful of sugar, a small spoonful of mature vinegar, half a spoonful of Laoganma, half a spoonful of mushroom sauce, a little mustard oil, a little peppercorn oil, a spoonful of cold water, and mix well

A little spicy peanuts, bighead carp and garlic, mashed in a mortar

Several cloves of garlic, peeled and washed, mash into minced garlic with a garlic mortar

Pour the sauce evenly over the cucumbers, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and minced garlic

Wash and chop a section of green onion, sprinkle it on the cucumber and serve
