Overview
Fenpi is a popular traditional food in southern China and Shandong. It was first recorded in the "Qi Min Yao Shu" of the Northern Wei Dynasty. Fenpi is a general term for flaky foods made from rice, sweet potato starch, mung bean starch, potato starch, broad bean starch, etc. There are two types: fresh and dried. Fresh ones are eaten immediately, while dried ones are convenient for storage, transportation and marketing. Fenpi is a traditional food made from starch!

Prepare the ingredients, (the vermicelli is bought at the market selling soy products)

Prepare a large bowl, cut the vermicelli into strips and put it aside

Pour two teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon of very fresh soy sauce, half a teaspoon of pepper oil, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar into a bowl and mix well and set aside
