Tomato and tofu soup
Overview
This soup is considered a dish created by my husband~~~~O(∩_∩)O~~The ingredients are all my favorite~~fried tofu cubes, refreshing tomatoes, fresh and sweet corn~~~~This soup is very appetizing, I usually can eat a bowl by myself and still get more enjoyment~~~Friends who don’t like the light soup taste, you can try this soup~~~~

After peeling the corn, clean it and set aside for later use;

Cut the soft tofu into equal cubes and wipe dry with kitchen towel;

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, and choose whether to remove the tomato skin according to your personal preference;

Put the wok on the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to heat, put the tofu cubes into the pan and fry over low heat until both sides turn yellow, then remove;

Heat a separate pan of oil, put the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry briefly, then pour in an appropriate amount of water;

Add corn kernels, peppercorns, green onions, shredded ginger, and salt, and wait until the water boils;

After the soup boils, add the fried tofu cubes and cook briefly;

After all the ingredients are cooked, add an appropriate amount of beef powder;
