Roasted Pork with Dried Beans
Overview
Braised pork is a dish that Chinese people never get tired of eating. It can be said to be the national dish. The north has its own way of cooking, and the south has its own way of cooking. After experimenting a few times, I have my own way of doing it, especially when I add my own dried beans. The meat will be soft and glutinous and will melt in your mouth.
