Overview
Fresh pork belly and dried squid are stir-fried together. The pork absorbs the umami flavor of the squid, and the squid absorbs the aroma of the pork. Together with the garlic sprouts, the taste is even more delicious.

Soak dried squid in appropriate amount of alkaline water until soft.

Cut the soaked squid into cross cuts.

Boil water in a pot and set aside.

Pork slices.

Wash and cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Heat oil in pan.

Add pork and stir fry to release the oil.

Add squid.

Add garlic sprouts.

Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds.

Add Maggi Fresh and stir-fry for 20 seconds over high heat, then turn off the heat.
