Overview
The braised food platter I made today is actually very simple. Just add all the ingredients and stew them with your favorite spices. The dishes are neither oily nor draining, which is especially suitable for summer.

Cut the stems diagonally from the front and back without cutting them off

Put oil in a pot and fry the dried seeds

Blanch the washed duck wings and belly

Add water to the pot, add dark soy sauce, ginger, onion, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and stew meat ingredients and bring to a boil

Add duck wings, duck eggs, dried eggs and pork belly, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for an hour
