Remove the skin from the cucumber and cut into shreds.

Cut carrots into shreds.

Add salt to marinate.

Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.

Cut the beef into slices and add salt, pepper and ginger to taste.

Add sweet potato starch and mix well.

Put the mixed beef slices into boiling water and bring to a boil.
