  1. One eggplant.

  4. Steam until cooked.

  5. When steaming the eggplant, mix the minced ginger, minced garlic, minced green onion, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, cooked chili pepper, pepper powder, sesame oil, pepper oil, chicken essence, and white sugar, and stir well.

Carefully take out the steamed eggplant and place it on a plate, adjust it slightly, and scoop a spoonful of mushroom meat sauce [refer to "Homemade Mushroom Meat Sauce" for the recipe of mushroom meat sauce] and place it in the center of the flower to act as the flower center. When eating, just dip it in the seasoning made in step five.
