Cut the tofu into pieces, add salt and blanch in water (boil to remove the beany smell), remove and set aside.

Tear open the oyster mushrooms and wash them.

Heat the pan, add oil, stir-fry onions, garlic, oyster mushrooms, and cook with some rice wine.

Add tofu.
