【Sichuan】Tomato Gnocchi

【Sichuan】Tomato Gnocchi

Overview

When I was a child, I loved eating the fish noodles made by my mother. I mixed the flour into a slightly dry paste and used chopsticks to scrape small strips into the pot and cook it. So when I made the gnocchi, I deliberately mixed the flour into a larger ball. The taste reminded me of the fish noodles made by my mother when I was a child. Adding tomatoes and eggs when cooking makes it more nutritious, golden in color, and tastes great.
